SERVICES AND FEATURES
================
UAS CiviSMTP Service's only purpose is to serve as an SMTP Relay for the CiviCRM software mailing component CiviMail.
The Service will be providing an SMTP back end for CiviCRM installations which will handle all of the email transactions between your CCRM installation and your constituents and users. We will also be handling mailings (newsletters, etc) to your groups. This includes the bounces, subscribes, un-subscribes, opt-outs, confirms, and replies.
You must have and maintain your own installation of CiviCRM software. But using the CiviSMTP service alleviates the need and headache of running your own mail server to handle the CiviCRM / CiviMail transactions. All you have to do is configure your CiviMail to use CiviSMTP and it just works.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to credit card / payment clearance.

CONTRACTS
============
All contracts are month to month and you can cancel whenever you want. So if you sign up Sept 1, we charge 15 dollars for the account which includes 3000 emails sent. and then on October 1st we will bill for any usage above the 3000 emails for Sept. We will also at that time charge the 15 dollar monthly fee for the next month's access (October) unless you have canceled at some point prior to the billing for October.
All accounts will be billed once a month on the last day of the month. Accounts that are created during a month period will still be charged
15.00 and given the 3000 emails. Even if it is the last day of the month. We do not prorate accounts that sign up in the middle of the month.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
=================
You can check if that's the case by using command line shell on your server and entering the following command:
telnet civismtp.uas.coop 20095
If you see a message like "Connected to civismtp.uas.coop." then the port is not being blocked. Otherwise you have to consult with your
hosting provider about how you can make outgoing requests to port 20095. If your hosting provider doesn't make it possible to make outgoing requests to port 20095 you won't be able to use our service with that hosting provider.
